A fully digital case begins with an intraoral scan and ends with a delivered restoration — with no physical model in between. STL files are submitted through our cloud case submission and reviewed digitally before design.
CAD design plans contour, emergence profile, and occlusion. CAM manufacturing sets tool paths for the chosen material. Digital milling or 3D printing produces the physical restoration from the digital design.
Quality control verifies the result against the digital plan. The case ships with documentation, and case tracking keeps the referring dentist informed throughout.
