Services
ALL-ON-X ARTIFEX provides dental laboratory services including implant restorations, full-arch rehabilitations, hybrid prosthetics, digital dentistry, and surgical solutions. The specifics of each engagement are defined in the case submission and any related agreements.
Professional Responsibility
Our services are provided for use by licensed dental professionals. The clinical decisions regarding treatment, including the selection and placement of restorations, remain the responsibility of the treating dentist. We provide technical manufacturing and support services.
Case Submissions
When you submit a case, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and files provided. You are responsible for ensuring that any patient data included in submitted files is handled in compliance with applicable privacy regulations, including HIPAA.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates based on typical case complexity. Conventional crowns are approximately 10 working days, large bridges and implant cases approximately 15 working days, and complex full-arch cases are based on treatment planning. We will communicate any significant delays.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of ALL-ON-X ARTIFEX and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
ALL-ON-X ARTIFEX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific case in question.
